That is a hard one! My whole life evolves around food so here are a few: Jose Andres Bazaar Meat, Cornish Pasty, Extraordinary Dessert in San Diego, Sweet Raku, Esther’s Kitchen, Berthillon ice cream in Paris, Mama’s Fish House and Merriman’s in Maui and Hangawi in NYC

Favorite Food
My whole life revolves around food, I’ve licked my plate clean all over the world, from khachapuri in Georgia to kimchi in Korea to jalebi in India, so it’s hard to pick one. My go to is always Greek, but I have a life-long love affair with Mai Tais, foie gras, panna cotta, beef AND tuna tartare.

Julia Child, Throughout her life, she was self made, broke countless barriers and became one of the first women to have a cooking show on a public television channel. 

Bucket list item
Anything that is adrenaline inducing like skydiving, paragliding, making it to 150 mph in a Ferrari (only made it to 145 mph so far), riding the tallest rollercoasters
